• Reservation required: Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee access to the wellness area.
• Guests from outside the hotel: Guests from outside the hotel must book in advance.
  
• Prepayment: A prepayment is due at the time of booking to guarantee access to the wellness area.
• Cancellation without charge: Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the reservation time. After this time, charges may apply.
