You will be immersed in a 2500 m² space entirely designed to rejuvenate you:

- Saunas, hammams, and jacuzzis to release tension and enjoy a moment of pure well-being.
- Indoor and outdoor pools, accessible year-round for a refreshing or energizing swim.
200 m² of Modern Fitness
As exercise is essential for overall health, our center will feature a fully equipped 200 m² fitness area:

A Commitment to Sustainable Development
We take pride in placing sustainable development at the heart of our center. In partnership with the local farm Pastoret, we have created Messancy Biométha, an innovative biomethanation unit. This initiative will allow agricultural waste and effluents to be recycled, producing the energy needed to power our center.
Thanks to this collaboration, your future Wellness & Fitness Center will be entirely self-sufficient, using renewable energy for electricity, hot water, and heating. This sustainable approach reflects our commitment to the environment and the local community.
